About ME
God has placed a calling on my life to preach His Word with authority, passion, and application.
I am a 33-year-old Senior Pastor with 6 years of Senior Pastoral experience. I took upon the divine calling as a Shepherd of God’s flock to feed them by leading and discipling the body of Christ. My heart’s desire is to see the church grow spiritually, love God, and serve people by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
I have been married for 5 years to the woman of my dreams, Megan. We met at Seminary as she was pursuing a degree in Biblical counseling. Megan has a profound knowledge of Scripture and has spoken often at women and children conferences throughout Kansas. Together, we have two children named Judah and Ava, and currently have another on the way. We are an extroverted family who loves adventure, socializing, and travel. Part of our adventures including: hiking, kayaking, golfing, and cooking.

First Baptist Church of Protection | 2017 - Present
- Restored our church membership to be centered on Scripture not tradition. This meant raising up church leaders that would support and lead the Spiritual changes regarding the responsibility and calling of church membership.
- We have added many new members to our church, and we are in the process of forming a membership covenant that all members will have to sign before each other and God.
- Started children’s ministry for our community by leading Friday morning bible studies. Our Friday morning bible time grew from 18 to 30 regular attendees. These students were baptized after attending camp, therefore we took it upon ourselves to disciple them further in their faith.
- Each year we take our youth to camp in Salina, Kansas, where we have seen over 15 of our youth accept Christ and be baptized.
- By the grace of God, our church has almost tripled in size since we have been here. We went from having about 30 on an average Sunday, to averaging 80-85.
- Established various ministries in our church such as VBS, life groups, mission nights, men’s and women’s Bible study, and yearly revivals that our church host.
- Led the church through the difficult season of Covid-19 by providing professional level contact to virtual service by upgrading our sound equipment and installing monitors in our sanctuary. Also provided ways to encourage our community and church by leading prayer walks that people could participate in individually.
- Taught and led deacon training in leading our men to accept the responsibility of what it means to be a spiritual example to the church.
- In the process of establishing plural eldership to help shepherd and lead the church. I have taught the church the importance of plural eldership and have raised three candidates that have accepted the divine call to lead their flock. They will be unpaid plural elders.
- Ministered to our town by coaching recreational baseball, substitute teaching, golf nights, FCA, and 5th quarter.
- Performed many funerals and weddings involving pre-marriage counseling.
